Terms & Conditions
 

Bookings, Cancellations & Property Access

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule a shoot. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or SMS.​ The property must be fully prepared and all areas accessible at the time of the shoot. If a return visit is required due to access issues or circumstances beyond our control, a £150 surcharge will be added to the final invoice.

Travel & Mileage

Travel is included within a 20-mile round trip from B36 9HP.

Additional charges apply as follows:

£10 fee for journeys under 30 miles

£25 fee for journeys between 30 and 50 miles

Journeys over 50 miles are subject to quotation.

 

Drone Services

Drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace regulations, and local restrictions. If a drone flight cannot be carried out due to these factors, the full package price will still apply, as all other services will be delivered.

Safety and compliance with CAA regulations remain our priority at all times.

 

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All images remain the property of Abode Property Media and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by Abode Property Media. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Licensing and Usage Rights​

Upon full payment, the client (estate agent or representative) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images solely for marketing the specific property for which they were commissioned. This licence includes:

• Use on property portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla)

• Use on the estate agent’s own website and printed materials

• Use in social media posts relating to the specific property

Any other use, including reuse for future listings, transfer to third parties, or modification of the images, is not permitted without prior written permission from abode property media.

Third-Party Use

Images may not be shared or sold to third parties (e.g., vendors, other estate agents, developers, or staging companies) without express written consent and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

Copyright Infringement

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the images constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action, including claims for damages.

Credit

[Optional] Credit to "abodepropertymedia.com" must be given when images are used in press or promotional content, unless otherwise agreed.
