All packages and prices above are based on domestic properties only, for commercial properties please email us at book@abodepropertymedia.com for more information and pricing.
Terms & Conditions
We require a minimum 24-hour notice for rescheduling shoots. We charge a flat rate of a £50 cancellation fee for shoots cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, notice will need to be given via email or sms. Please ensure the property is ready to be shot and all areas of the property are accessible. If a second shoot is required due to property access or any other reason out of our control there will be a flat surcharge of £150 applied to the final invoice.
Our mileage ratio is inclusive of locations within a 20 mile round trip of our office (B36 9HP) additional fuel surcharges apply, please see below. of
